"Nailed once. Obsessed forever." More than two decades on Roman Road, we've grown from a local favourite into one of London's most-loved nail destinations — without ever losing the personal touch.
How it started
Trieu Nails was founded by Lynn Trieu — a single mother of two who started out at just seventeen in the takeaway industry. Determined to build something of her own, she went on to create Red Hot Nails on Roman Road, pouring in the grit, warmth and eye for detail that still define the salon today.
What began as one woman's ambition became a Bethnal Green institution — established in 2002 and loved by generations of East Londoners ever since.
Pioneering the experience
Never content simply to follow trends, Lynn partnered with Habib Rahman in 2016 to reimagine what a nail salon could be. Together they created one of the first salons to offer late opening hours, a relaxed drinks-bar area, and a real focus on therapy, space and unwinding.
Where others copied, Trieu pioneered the way — turning a routine appointment into an experience worth looking forward to.
