What our customers say

By far the best manicure I’ve had in UK. From living in Moscow for the last year where they are renowned for some of the best beauty services in the world, coming back, I realised how bad so many UK nail salons are. But Trieu Nails did an incredible job of my cuticles and finish with so much care and attention to the health and protection of my nail. Only place I would recommend in London.

Katy Brown-Lee

I love my nails, I’ve done them today and I have only good words to say and praises for Kim, she was amazing, such a lovely lady, my nails look absolutely amazing, thank you! ❤

Codruta T.

Absolutely loved this salon! Not only did they fix a bad job done by another salon, the people were so great to talk to. Clean and super professional salon. My favourite in London!

We’re rated the best nail salon near City of London by our customers

The City of London is a city and local government district that contains the historic centre and the primary central business district of London. The City is a major business and financial centre. Throughout the 19th century, the City was the world’s primary business centre, and it continues to be a major meeting point for businesses. The City has no sizeable parks within its boundary, but does have a network of a large number of gardens and small open spaces, many of them maintained by the Corporation. These range from formal gardens such as the one in Finsbury Circus, containing a bowling green and bandstand, to churchyards such as St Olave Hart Street, to water features and artwork in courtyards and pedestrianised lanes.

The City of London is the leading driver of the London economy and colloquially known as the Square Mile with just over half a million professional services workers commuting to the district. The area was first established by merchants as the main trading port on the tidal Thames during the Roman occupation and despite being badly bombed during the war it continued as a trading base up until even now.

This is most merchant base it definitely celebrated with the various street names and the area attracts more than the million visitors annually. A major part of its history is the great fire of London that swept through the city 350 years ago destroying 90% of the homes that existed. To this day on small number of people live in the city relative to the neighbouring areas however this number is growing, with most people living in the Barbican which are mostly owner occupied. However, the best roads and best places to live are the weavers’ houses in Spitafields which are the most historic.

Our manicure tips, tricks, trends…

If you’ve never done Acrylic nails before then there are a few things you might want to note as it will be life changing. There is nothing more attractive than a dangerous looking set of acrylic nails that plays the visuals of clandestine and mystique.

For acrylic nails, you’ve got to be committed – it’s not a casual one off fling. Expect getting pretty close to your nail technician as you spend more time to make those acrylic nails look on fleek as you become obsessed with them.

If you want the best Acrylic nails in London it does come at a price. Places with cheap acrylics will have long customers, large queues and therefore it will be fast paced activity so don’t be surprised to find nail cracking or sloppy surfaces.

Furthermore, you’re going to have to adjust to daily life. Longer the nails the harder it will be to adjust to your acrylic handicap. Texts will go out slower, clipping your necklace will be near impossible and entering your card PIN will be tough work (who enters PIN numbers now anyway with contactless?). You’ll be fine if you can accept this.

Once you’ve decided on Acrylic Nails at Trieu Nails London it’s time to decide on your shape. With the extended length your nail shape now really plays a major role in how it looks at the end. We suggest searching our Instagram to decide which shape suits you best.

Acrylic nails are not for everyone but we say you should try them once (be warned they do become addictive). We advise getting an infill every 2 weeks and a completely new set every 2 months.  We also advise purchasing some nail glue for instant temporary fixes if there are issues until you can book a nail repair at Trieu Nails London. We did tell you it’s a commitment!

Having said that all – remember to make the most of them! Every picture, Instagram coffee snap and biscuit you eat will include your fancy nails. They are now a part of you so take loads of pictures!

* Clients will need to be assessed as per our policy and repairs are provided only where the technician is at fault. We take no responsibility if customers have damaged their nails to due insufficient care.
